The Next Jerusalem و Against the Wall: Israel's Barrier to Peace که در آنها چالشهای مربوط به برنامه ریزی و طراحی شهری در نظامی که وی آنرا با آپارتاید آفریقای جنوبی مقایسه می کند بررسی می شوند.
فرصت شد خلاصه ای از یکی از مقاله های جالب کتاب The Next Jerusalemرا که به نحوه (سو)استفاده از فضاهای سبز شهری به عنوان عاملی برای جدایی محلات عرب نشین از سایر نقاط شهر و نیز نوعی بانک زمین شهری برای ساخت و سازهای آتی شهرکهای یهودی نشین می پردازد اینجا می آورم.

A few of his books include: 'Variations on A Theme Park', 'Exquisite Corpse', 'Local Code', 'Giving Ground' (edited with Joan Copjec), and 'Wiggle', a monograph of the Sorkin studio.
Sorkin is an outspoken supporter of politically leftist causes. In 2005, he edited Against the Wall, which compares Israel to Apartheid South Africa.
